7. Nomad 1000($6.5 million)
With a staggering price of $6.5 million, the Nomad 1000 is an autonomous submarine that can stay on the surface of the water and easily disappear into the water in mere minutes.

It is powered by a diesel engine and rechargeable batteries as well as highly-pressured air tanks which allows it to travel more than 1000 nautical miles across the ocean. 

Not to mention that the Nomad 1000 is capable of staying in the water for 10 straight days. It also has a visual space of 1.5 meters in height giving the passengers the most mesmerizing scenery. 

The Nomad 1000 is also equipped with 16 units of quartz-halogen lights powered at 1000 watts. This is to ensure that those on the submarines will not miss out on anything while looking out into the deep blue sea. 

Some people might want to know how many bathrooms this submarine has, well the Nomad 1000 has bathrooms as well as queen-sized bedrooms enough to occupy 30 passengers at a time while traveling 1000 feet in the ocean.

Proteus is one of a kind submarine designed and produced by an ex-French Navy Commando, Herve Jaubert. Herve Jaubert is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the company responsible for manufacturing luxurious products that can submerge in the water which is based in Dubai called Exomos.

Herve described Proteus as a bus underwater that is also capable of functioning as a posh yacht. The submarine which is 19.8 meters long can occupy as many as 14 passengers at a time.

The engine and OSSA Powerlite generator of the submarine can push the full capacity of the engine to 400 RPM. You can just imagine how fast this submarine can definitely go.

5. Deepsea Challenger($10 million)
After being debuted in two blockbuster movies in Hollywood with the highest collection of all time, James Cameron decided to conquer the ocean.

Cameron that is well known for being a man with high taste launched the Deepsea Challenger submarine which is 7.3 meters long and has a hefty price tag of $10 million in 2012. It was built to go deep into the Mariana trench, the deepest part of the ocean floor.

This submarine was specially designed by an Australian research and design company, Acheron Project Pty Ltd. It is fully equipped with scientific sampling tools and high-definition 3D cameras.

Deepsea Challenger has reached the deepest part of the ocean after diving for 2 hours and 36 minutes into the ocean. James Cameron became the second person to ever achieve this level.

He used this luxurious submarine to discover any biological creatures that live in the deep abyss. Later, documentation was produced to share his valuable experience with the world in a high-resolution 3D film. 

4. Yellow Submarine ($12 million)
Yellow Submarine is one of the only submarines that is owned by the biggest computer software in the world, Microsoft which is Paul Allen. With a price of $12 million, you will definitely expect the cool features that the submarine has to offer.

The Yellow Submarine is capable of being underwater for 7 days straight and it seems that Paul Allen really loves to go deep into the ocean to find shipwrecks that remain on the ocean floor.

3. Seattle 1000($32.5 million)
Sitting at 3rd place on our list will be the Seattle 1000 which is 36 meters long and has 3 levels. You can definitely expect the submarine to have plenty of rooms with its price. The Seattle 1000 was made by the US Submarines that can be sustained underwater for 20 days which is far much longer than other submarines.

The submarine can travel as far as 4800 km in the distance which means that it has the capability of passing the trans-Atlantic pathway which crosses the Atlantic Ocean from the United States all the way to the United Kingdom. 

With a price of $32.5 million, its shape is definitely unique featuring a twin design with an observation panel as high as 9 meters, 5 suite rooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 gymnasia, a wine cellar, and a kitchen.

If this submarine does not spell wealth then I don't what is.

2. Phoenix 1000($100 million)
Phoenix 1000 is the most expensive submarine ever owned by the US Submarines and it cost them a whopping $100 million. It has 10 bedrooms, a gymnasium, an underground wine cellar, a jacuzzi, and many more. 

The Phoenix 1000 can operate at 1000 feet in depth and not just that but there is also another mini-submarine on board. The mini-submarine also has a similar in-depth capacity as the Phoenix 1000 diving as deep as 1000 feet.

It is used to bring in passengers to and from the Phoenix 1000 without needing the Phoenix 1000 to rise to the surface. The Phoenix 1000 is 65 meters long with an internal depth of 464 meters per square foot. 

This makes this submarine one of the most expensive yet functional submarines in the world.

1. Migaloo ($2.32 Billion)
Right here will be the most expensive submarine ever to be built on the face of the earth and also the most expensive vehicle ever with a hefty price of ($2.325 billion). It seems that only billionaires will be able to afford this submarine and if you look at the submarine closer it will look like a floating city.

It is a submarine with a length of 114 meters long and it is designed in all-white. The submarine got its name, Migaloo in conjunction with the albino whale. 

The submarine has a closed swimming pool of the size of 3 meters and a helipad that can automatically close into the deck as the submarine is submerged in the water.

Other facilities include a cinema, library, gymnasium, gaming room, dobby, private lounge, lift, 2 level suite room, VIP suite as well as a very wide bridge.

The submarine was designed by an Austrian company, Migaloo Private Submersible Yachts and it also has the 282 meters version which is still in the design-phase concept.
