7. Luke Skywalker with Long Lightsaber (1977)

Value: $25,000

It is the first but not the final long lightsaber ever made by the Kenner brand and this expensive Luke Skywalker figurine is very unique due to its lightsaber. The Ben Kenobi and one Darth Vader figure come with an early lightsaber design and this toy can reach a whopping $25,000.

The lightsaber has an edged blade sticking out and its end can be released separately. If you were to get your hands on this mini lightsaber figurine, be sure that the lightsaber has an extension on the end or else it might not be as valuable to the collectors.

6. Jawa Vinyl Cape (1978)

Value: $28,000

The Jawa Vinyl Cape is a very popular collector's item for the Star Wars collection. The first edition of this figurine features a stagnant vinyl cape believed by the Kenner brand which made it look so cheap.

During the early stage of its release, they change the material of the cape to a vinyl version which made it so valuable. A Jawa Viny Cape figurine kept neatly inside the box can be worth as much as $28,000. Many kids nowadays would not have known about the existence of these toys.

5. Walrus Man -  Bib Fortuna (1982)

Value: $28,556

"Walrus Man" refers to the text on the card and picture of Walrus Man himself. It is a part of the 47-card series that can be collected for the line of pra-Return of the Jedi in 1982.

The back of the card is not punctured with a bubbly plastic edge and a white cloak alternately designed on Fortuna's body. Despite the price the toy is worth $75,000, and it was then sold on the web for a price of $28,556.

4. Darth Vader with Long Lightsaber (1977)

Value: $30,000

The twin lightsaber telescope is one of the reasons for the hefty price tag of this rare toy. If you were to take the toy out of the back of the card, you will see a thin and lengthy sword with multiple opening actions.

Care must also be taken as it can easily break which is also the reason for the halt of its manufacturing by Kenner. This also means that the twin sword telescope that is still kept in mint condition can go up to $30,000.

3. Glasslite Vlix (1985)

Value: $45,000

Vlix might be considered a less popular character in the Star Wars series. However, don't be fooled as the price of this mini figurine might just shock you. Vlix is a character in the spin-off animation, Droids, which was aired for one season in 1985.

The original figures of Vlix were made by Kenner similar to others on this list. One of the factors for its huge price is that Brazil had an economic crisis in the late 1980s that stopped the features of this toy as expected.

Most Vlix toys were either not sold, being kept, or even destroyed to make plastic which made this figurine really hard to be obtained out there.

2. Obi-Wan Kenobi with Long Lightsaber (1977)

Value: $76,700

Obi-Wan Kenobi with the long lightsaber by Kenner happens to be one of the lines of the original toys for the first Star Wars film in 1977. It has been so long in the history of this franchise to the extent that the box and this figurine show Obi-Wan holding a yellow lightsaber featuring its original concept.

Despite the production of this toy still remaining a mystery, some believed that only 20 of them that are still kept in their original boxes still exist. The Hake's American Collectibles website sold this figurine in 2017 for the price of $76,700.

1. Boba Fett Rocket Launcher (1979)

The most expensive Star Wars toy ever to exist will be the Boba Fett Rocket Launcher and the estimated price for this exclusive toy can go as high as $500,000. But more commonly this toy is sold for around $150,000 to $200,000.

This however is the prototype version of the toy which never achieved full production. This toy made its first appearance in 1979 at the New York Toy Fair before it was hyped for The Empire Strikes Back.

There are two types of games for this toy in which the first one shoots an "L" shape while the rare ones shoot a "J" shape". The rare "J" will be the most expensive one but only 20 of them were known to sustain and from this number, it seems that most of them were damaged due to the pressure test being done by the manufacturers.
